How do I place an order? To place an order you must be in the online menu page. You can click "Add one to basket" and continue shopping or "Buy One Now" and proceed to checkout. Provide
the required customer information and pay with a credit card. You will receive an email (if you provided an email address)
notifying you that your order was placed. Please provide the "order pick up time" so we can have your order ready when necessary.
Do I need an account to place an order online?
You do not need an account to place an order, however,
having an account will expedite your ordering process. There is no fee and you need only to provide your name, address
(optional), phone number and e-mail.
When will my order be ready? Your
order will be ready at the time you requested during checkout. Please be sure to include the "order pick-up time"
for each to-go order.
How will I know if my order was received? You will be notified via email (if you provide an email address during
checkout) that your order was received and will be ready at the time you requested.
What are the acceptable forms of payment? Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are the acceptable forms of payment for online to-go or catering
orders.
What if I need to change my
order after it is placed? If you need to make changes
to your order after it was placed online you must contact us immediately at 770.614.1335.
How do I place a catering order? You can place a catering order the same way as to-go orders by clicking on the "Catering" link from within the online menu page. Someone will contact you with additional information or questions. Please
notify us 24 hours in advance for catering orders.
